We went to our Alpine summer resort of Bad Aussee.
Today we hiked up Mount Loser.
At the beginning of our hike is a small lake called Augsee.
We are above the tree line and the first part is rather steep.
We went through a small chasm,
and came to the Loser Window.
Then we hiked up the upper ledge of the mountain to the summit.
We hiked down again.
There was still a little bit of snow.
We saw some gentians.
This is lake Alt Aussee (right).
There were lots of wild flowers.
We hat a Schnitzel at the Loser Hut.
